Through "trackless and ropeless" upgrades, it has fully applied trackless rubber-tyred vehicles and intelligent dispatch systems, achieving dual improvements in safety and efficiency.
Traditional underground auxiliary transport has long relied on small winches and endless rope winches, involving multiple transport stages, low efficiency, and safety hazards such as derailment and rope breakage. Relevant Chinese authorities have issued special policies requiring a "trackless, ropeless, and intelligent" direction to achieve "one-stop" direct auxiliary transport. Shanxi Coking Coal Group designated Huajin Coking Coal Company as a pilot unit, initiating a systematic transformation.
As a pilot mine, Shaqu No. 2 Mine took the lead in introducing equipment such as mine explosion-proof crawler-type support carriers. During the installation of equipment at the 5303 working face, the crawler carrier saved 1,650 meters of track laying work, reduced the transport team from 30 to 10 personnel, increased support dismantling efficiency from 6 units per day to 24 units, and completed the installation task 25 days ahead of schedule.
Jinda Coal Industry implemented a trackless plan in the transformation of the 11201 working face, introducing trackless rubber-tyred vehicles and crawler-type support carriers, saving over 500,000 yuan in track installation costs, reducing transport drivers from 6 per shift to 1, cutting labor costs by 450,000 yuan, lowering operational costs by 45%, completing fully mechanized equipment installation 15 days early, and saving 2.108 million yuan.
Jinrui Coal Industry introduced 1.4-meter-wide small trackless rubber-tyred vehicles for narrow roadways, saving a total of 5.505 million yuan in the installation and removal operations of two fully mechanized working faces, with transport efficiency improved by over 60%. Jining Company advanced intelligent transformation by introducing a trackless rubber-tyred vehicle transport dispatch management system, integrating intelligent traffic, dispatch command, and precise positioning functions, achieving "one-screen view of the entire area, one-network management of the whole process" for underground transport, reducing employee commuting time by 78%.
To date, Huajin Coking Coal Company has dismantled a total of 104 small winches and 18 endless rope winches, completed 22,681 meters of system roadway transformation, built 25 new chambers, and achieved trackless operations in all mine installation and removal working faces. Among these, 9 working faces across 6 mines have successfully achieved independent installation and removal by their own teams. The auxiliary transport system transformation has cumulatively generated direct economic benefits of over 50 million yuan, with production efficiency increased by more than 40% year-on-year, and underground transport-related safety hazards in 2025 decreased by 85% year-on-year.
