en.Wedoany.com Reported - The Ministry of Ecology and Environment, together with five other departments, jointly issued the "15th Five-Year Plan for Soil, Groundwater, and Agricultural and Rural Ecological Environmental Protection," specifying that by 2030, the soil environmental safety of agricultural land and construction land will be effectively safeguarded, soil and groundwater environmental quality will steadily improve, the level of green agricultural development will significantly increase, and new major progress will be made in the construction of beautiful villages.

The plan outlines five key tasks, including strengthening risk control for construction land, enhancing ecological environmental protection of agricultural land, deepening coordinated prevention and control of groundwater pollution, advancing the construction of beautiful villages, and improving governance efficiency. The plan arranges major projects such as the source prevention and control project for soil pollution, the special remediation project for soil pollution on chemical enterprise relocation sites within one kilometer of the riverbank, as well as special tasks including the second national survey of soil pollution status and the national survey and assessment of groundwater pollution.
