This investment decision is closely tied to SK Group's large-scale investment plan. As part of the government's "Three Major Super Projects," SK Group announced plans to invest approximately 1,000 trillion Korean won to build AI data centers with a capacity of up to 15GW in phases by 2035. This development has driven expectations of benefits across the entire supply chain, positioning efficient cooling infrastructure as a core beneficiary alongside electricity, GPUs, servers, and networks. According to Grand View Research, the global data center liquid cooling market is projected to grow to approximately 43.7 trillion Korean won by 2033.
AIT-E features a 100% water-cooled hybrid liquid cooling architecture, directly removing approximately 70-80% of the heat generated by GPUs and CPUs through cold plates, while managing residual heat within the cabinet using radiant cooling panels and natural convection structures. Additionally, AIT-E has jointly applied with U.S.-based World Wide Technology to participate in a global cooperative national project overseen by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). World Wide Technology's annual sales amount to approximately 26 trillion Korean won.
