en.Wedoany.com Reported - Australia's Tivan (ASX:TVN) has announced the formation of a new executive team led by Executive Chairman Grant Wilson to advance the execution of its Speewah fluorite project and Molyhil tungsten project.

The company appointed Robert Gerrard as CEO of Australia and promoted Brendon Nicol to Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Ellin Lede joined the board as an Executive Director while retaining her role as Chief Development Officer, marking the first change to Tivan's board since September 2023.

Gerrard joined Tivan in April from Kellogg Brown & Root (NYSE:KBR), where he served as Senior Director of Energy and Resources. He brings over 18 years of project execution experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) as well as engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) delivery models. Tivan stated that Gerrard will oversee commercial and operational processes, contracts, procurement, workplace health and safety, and human resources capabilities.

Based in Darwin, Lede previously served as Head of Northern Australia and led the Northern Australia office of Fortescue Future Industries. She will be responsible for government, community, and stakeholder engagement in Australia, Japan, and Timor-Leste.

Nicol joined Tivan in December 2022 and will oversee all technical disciplines, including metallurgy, engineering, mining, and geology.

Other new leadership members include Major (Retired) Michael Stone as Special Advisor for Timor-Leste, Maddalyn McBeath as Commercial Director, Michael Fuss as Chief Geologist, and Yohanes Suryaputradinata as Molyhil Project Manager. Tivan also announced that Chief Financial Officer Tammie Dixon has resigned after 18 months in the role, and Chief Commercial Officer Jason Giltay will serve as interim CFO while a replacement is sought.

Executive Chairman Grant Wilson said: "We are very proud to take the next step, recognizing deep achievements and clear merits, and laying the foundation for the next phase of corporate growth."

Tivan is a critical minerals developer focused on mining projects that support renewable energy, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors.
