en.Wedoany.com Reported - Cauldron Energy (ASX:CXU) has extended the uranium mineralisation strike length at the Manyingee North deposit within the Yanrey uranium project in Western Australia to approximately 4 kilometres, four times its previous extent.
Infill drilling has extended the mineralisation approximately 2,500 metres north and 550 metres south of the existing resource area. The company stated that mineralisation remains open in all directions and has been confirmed across the full 1,200-metre drilled width of the palaeochannel.
Results from 13 additional drill holes in the 2026 drilling program include: hole 26YRAC023 intersected 2.58 metres at 637.6ppm eU3O8 from 87.63 metres; hole 26YRAC024 intersected 2.66 metres at 282.5ppm eU3O8 from 114.07 metres. Other results include 4.42 metres at 244.4ppm eU3O8 from 98.99 metres, and 1.94 metres at 231.2ppm eU3O8 from 92.59 metres.
Drilling has also identified a second higher-grade mineralised zone within the palaeochannel. All 44 drill holes completed on tenement E08/1489 during the 2025 and 2026 programs intersected mineralisation above the company's cut-off grade (150ppm eU3O8, with a minimum thickness of 0.2 metres).
The existing Inferred Mineral Resource at Manyingee North is estimated at 14.9 million tonnes at 297ppm eU3O8, containing 9.8 million pounds (4,445 tonnes) of triuranium octoxide, at a cut-off grade of 100ppm. This resource is based on drilling covering approximately 670 metres of strike.
Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Fisher said all 25 drill holes completed at Manyingee North during the 2026 program intersected mineralisation, describing the results as "as good as it gets" and stating that drilling clearly demonstrates the deposit will continue to grow significantly with further drilling.
Cauldron said it plans to conduct further infill drilling at Manyingee North before testing the Manyingee South deposit, the Cosgrove prospect, and the Bennet Well West target.
The company has defined 55.6 million pounds (25,220 tonnes) of triuranium octoxide across three mineral resources at Yanrey.
