CNCEC Fourteenth Construction Co., Ltd. Signs Contract for Strait Clean Energy's 300,000 Tons/Year Green Aviation Fuel Project

en.Wedoany.com Reported - Recently, the contract signing ceremony for the Strait Clean Energy 300,000 Tons/Year Green Aviation Fuel Project was held at the Construction Mansion. Shi Jianming, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Fourteenth Construction Co., Ltd., Zheng Dayong, Executive Director of Strait Future New Energy, Song Ying, Chairman of Strait Clean Energy (Laibin) Chemical Co., Ltd., along with leaders from various project partners, attended and witnessed the signing. Li Yanzhi, Deputy General Manager of Strait Clean Energy (Laibin) Chemical Co., Ltd., and Li Chao, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of the Company, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. The ceremony was presided over by Cheng Xiaozhi, Deputy General Manager of the Company.

The Strait Clean Energy 300,000 Tons/Year Green Aviation Fuel Project is located in the core functional zone of the Laibin Industrial Park in Guangxi. It uses waste animal and vegetable oils and fats as raw materials to produce bio-jet fuel, representing a significant industrialization initiative under the mainstream HEFA process route in China and playing an important role in advancing the national "dual carbon" strategy. Upon completion, the project will become the first large-scale sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production base in Southwest China, filling a critical gap in Guangxi's new energy chemical industry chain. It will provide green aviation solutions for countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, carrying far-reaching significance for enhancing the core competitiveness of China's green fuel industry.

In his address, Shi Jianming extended a warm welcome to Strait Clean Energy and all partners, and briefly introduced the Company's history and development layout. He noted that in recent years, the Fourteenth Construction Co., Ltd. has deeply integrated into the national energy transition landscape.
