This decision is aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency within the oilfield services sector. The new company will bring together key technical expertise and strategic operations under a single structure.

The Oilfield Chemicals unit, established in 2010, has shown consistent growth in both volume and sales. It specializes in research and development of chemical formulations, outsourcing production, and marketing solvents and additives tailored for oil drilling. Services include comprehensive sales and after-sales support to ensure continuous technical assistance.

With the launch of Versalis Oilfield Solutions S.r.l., the business aims to expand its product and service offerings, target higher revenues, and maintain strong profitability. The formation of this new company is intended to improve management focus, diversify the customer base, and explore new opportunities in a sector that is rapidly evolving.

Now fully operational, Versalis Oilfield Solutions S.r.l. covers a wide range of key markets. These include Europe, North and South America (USA, Mexico, Venezuela), Africa (Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Mozambique, Angola), and Asia (China, Turkmenistan). The company delivers technical support and services on a global scale.
