en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 6, Boost Run, a U.S. artificial intelligence cloud service provider, announced a computing power service contract with a total value of approximately US$525.6 million. The contract was signed on September 30 between its wholly owned subsidiary Boost Run LLC and Canadian artificial intelligence company Cohere. Under the agreement, Boost Run will provide Cohere with dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU) cloud computing infrastructure and related services. The service term for each batch of racks is approximately 5 years, and the first batch of facilities is expected to begin delivery and acceptance in the second quarter of 2027.

This contract involves GPU computing resources based on NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, and also includes network storage and central processing unit (CPU) node services. Boost Run is responsible for providing the corresponding computing capacity, and Cohere will obtain the right to use the corresponding infrastructure after completing rack acceptance. The service term for different racks is calculated separately from the date Cohere accepts each rack, and the contract does not uniformly stipulate that all computing resources will be put into use on the same date.

According to the agreement signed by both parties, Cohere has committed to paying approximately US$525.6 million during the contract performance period. The specific payment obligations are subject to infrastructure delivery, acceptance, and contract termination clauses, with some payments made in the form of prepayments. If, as of July 15, 2027, the agreed minimum infrastructure delivery and acceptance requirements have still not been met, Cohere has the right to terminate the agreement and request a refund of the prepayments already made. If the minimum acceptance requirements have been met, Cohere may still terminate orders for the portion not yet accepted as of that date and request a refund of the corresponding prepayments.

Boost Run uses bare-metal GPU servers deployed in third-party data centers to provide artificial intelligence and high-performance computing services. As of the end of 2025, the company had been operating computing facilities in four TierPoint data centers in Seattle, Durham, Dallas, and Richardson in the United States. In the first half of 2026, Boost Run also signed four data center room lease agreements, two of which have lease terms of 3 years and 7 years respectively, while the other two both have lease terms of 3 years. The specific data centers involved in this Cohere contract have not yet been announced.

According to data published by Boost Run, after signing this contract, the total contract value corresponding to all customer agreements the company has signed exceeds US$2.6 billion. The company plans to continue deploying GPU computing resources according to customer contract requirements.
