Armenia's Grand Master Completes Installation of High-End Packaging Cold Transfer Equipment
en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 14, Dutch printing equipment manufacturer Vinfoil confirmed that Armenian packaging manufacturer Grand Master has completed the installation of an Optima SF110 cold transfer system. The installation was supported by the technical team of Germany's Koenig & Bauer, with Grand Master representatives participating in the project implementation. The newly added system will be used for high-end packaging printing production, focusing on metallic decorative processing and folding carton surface finishing.
The newly added Optima SF110 system uses cold foil transfer technology to create metallic gloss and decorative patterns on the surface of printing materials. Equipment manufacturer Vinfoil is responsible for supplying the cold transfer system, the Koenig & Bauer team participated in on-site installation and implementation, and Grand Master cooperated to complete the equipment installation work.
Grand Master is engaged in the manufacturing of paper, paperboard, and packaging products, with existing operations including corrugated boxes, paper bags, packaging boxes, and printing processing. The newly added cold transfer system will be used for the company's packaging printing production, expanding its processing capabilities for metallic decorative effects.
Vinfoil had previously completed the installation of a cold transfer module in Armenia. In 2023, the company installed a customized Optima SF80MF system for a local customer, with the equipment configured with a double-gap frame to accommodate the customer's printing workshop. The Grand Master project this time uses the Optima SF110 model, and on-site installation has been completed.
