Rhino.ai signs multi-year agreement with AWS to scale agentic modernization

en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 19, U.S. artificial intelligence software company Rhino.ai announced that it has signed a multi-year strategic cooperation agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to jointly carry out agentic modernization and cloud migration of enterprises' legacy information systems. The two parties will integrate an enterprise business logic management platform, AI agents, and AWS cloud computing services, covering existing system identification, code conversion, testing and validation, and application deployment, and will offer enterprises two categories of system modernization solutions through AWS Marketplace.

The cooperation is divided into three stages: legacy system business logic identification, system modernization, and scaled migration. Rhino.ai's Logic Hub platform is responsible for extracting business rules scattered across custom software, commercial applications, databases, low-code systems, and mainframes, and for validating, version-managing, and uniformly governing the identification results. The relevant data will be provided to AI agents built and operated on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore for subsequent system conversion.

Rhino.ai's agentic modernization workbench will work in conjunction with AWS Transform, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, and human reviewers to sequentially complete system analysis, technical specification generation, code conversion, validation, and deployment. The modernization platform is deployed in the customer's existing AWS environment; the generated business logic files retain source-system association records and version information, and human approval checkpoints are set up to record data mapping, exception handling, compliance checks, and test results.

The cooperation covers the two solutions Rhino.ai currently offers through AWS Marketplace. Among them, rhino Agentic Legacy Modernization targets custom software, commercial applications, software-as-a-service, and low-code systems; rhino Agentic Mainframe Modernization, launched on August 31, 2026, covers mainframes and their associated application systems. For independent software vendors, Rhino.ai also offers Transformation Workbench for Software Vendors, which is used to record approved conversion plans during customer migration and reuse them in subsequent migration projects.

Customer implementation data published by Rhino.ai shows that in a project for a large financial services enterprise, the company completed the reconstruction and modernization of more than 500 undocumented Java business processes in 9 months, whereas the project's originally scheduled implementation period was 18 months. In U.S. federal government-related projects delivered through implementation partners, discovery and analysis time for some complex legacy systems was reduced by 60%. Koch Labs has also applied Rhino.ai to the analysis of legacy business systems across its affiliated companies and continues to expand AWS-based system modernization work.
