Changsha Sisheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changsha Sisheng") was established in 2015, inheriting and developing from the restructuring of Changsha Machine Tool Works, one of the original 18 key machine tool enterprises in China. It is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of high-end CNC broaching machines (industrial mother machines). The company is located in Huangxing Town, Changsha County, covering an area of 40 mu with a building area of 15,000 square meters.

Changsha Sisheng adheres to the development strategy of "high-end, intelligent, and domestic substitution." The company is a key member of the national SME characteristic industrial cluster "Changsha County CNC Grinding Machine Industrial Cluster" and a vice-chairman unit of the Inserting, Broaching, and Planing Sub-committee of the National Metal-Cutting Machine Tool Standardization Technical Committee. It currently holds over 80 patents, including 24 invention patents, and has led or participated in the formulation and revision of 7 national or industry standards. Changsha Sisheng has been successively awarded the national-level "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in new technologies, national high-tech enterprise, Hunan Province Manufacturing Single Champion Enterprise (CNC broaching machines), Hunan Province Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and "Huxiang Premium" Brand Capability Enhancement Benchmark Enterprise, among other honors. Its R&D products have repeatedly won the "Swallow Award," the highest award in China's machine tool industry. CNC high-precision internal tenon slot broaching machines, CNC high-precision dual-servo broaching machines, and CNC high-precision steering wheel broaching machines have been selected multiple times for the Hunan Province Advantageous Industry Advantageous Products Catalog (Batch 1 and Batch 2).

The company's products have been applied in key enterprises such as BYD, Zhejiang Shuanghuan, ZF, Autoliv, FAW, Volkswagen, SANY Heavy Industry, and XCMG.
