The hot-end core components of a gas turbine consist of two disks and one blade. The turbine disk serves as the carrier for turbine rotor blades and is a hot-end rotating component with a significant weight proportion, equally important as the blades. Compared with aviation turbine disks, steam turbine disks have a larger diameter, with a projected area ten times that of aviation disks. The vertical turbine disk mortise slot broaching machine is primarily designed for processing large-diameter turbine disks up to 2000mm, compatible with gas turbine engines.
1. The machine adopts a pull-down configuration, pit-mounted installation, and electric drive, equipped with the SINUMERIK ONE CNC system. The machining process is free of interruptions, preventing vibration marks on the workpiece, achieving a surface roughness of Ra1.6.
2. The main slide employs a dual-servo drive structure, ensuring more stable operation of the main slide.
3. Equipped with an anti-drop mechanism for the main slide, preventing slide drift during prolonged shutdowns.
4. The C-type cradle includes X, B, Y, and C axes, all controlled in a closed loop using linear encoders to ensure extremely high positioning accuracy.
5. A 16-station tool changing mechanism is adopted, accommodating the storage of broaches for multiple workpiece varieties, enabling rapid tool changes.
6. The machine features online inspection capabilities, enabling detection of radial runout, axial runout, diameter, tilt angle, taper angle, transverse profile points, and feed profile points.
