Main Applications: Machining of internal splines in automotive steering wheels.
Features: Equipped with a tilting or sliding unloading mechanism. Due to the large size of the steering wheel, the internal space of the machine has been fully optimized to facilitate loading and unloading. Steering wheels are typically made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, which imposes extremely high requirements on the environment; therefore, the machine has been designed with corresponding measures for corrosion resistance and fire protection.
Structure: Vertical pull-up type (workpiece moving type), with full support during broaching.
