Qualification Requirements - Specific Qualifications: Bidders must possess a comprehensive engineering supervision qualification or a Grade A professional qualification in building construction engineering supervision.

Qualification Requirements - Project Director: The proposed chief supervision engineer must be registered with the bidder's company and hold a valid Registered Supervision Engineer practicing certificate in the building construction engineering specialty.

Qualification Requirements - SME Policy: This project is specifically procured from micro and small enterprises. Medium and large enterprises are not allowed to participate in the bidding. Bidders must provide a "Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Declaration Letter".

Bid Security: The amount is 20,000 CNY (Twenty Thousand CNY). Suppliers may choose to pay via non-cash methods such as bank transfer, electronic guarantee, or paper guarantee.

Bid Validity Period: 90 calendar days after the bid submission deadline.

Main Supervision Work Content: Includes quality control, schedule control, and cost control during the construction phase; contract and information management; statutory duties for safety production management; and coordination of relationships among parties involved in the project construction.
