Pipes:

Type: PE (Polyethylene) and PE-X (Cross-linked Polyethylene) pipes

Total Length: Approximately 16 kilometers

Diameter and Wall Thickness: Specific diameters and wall thicknesses must comply with relevant German and EU standards and meet specific technical requirements set by the purchaser to ensure the flow rate, pressure, and durability of the pipeline system.

Color and Marking: The pipe surface must be clearly marked with information such as model, specifications, production date, and manufacturer for easy identification and management.

Fittings:

Type and Quantity: Approximately 4,000 fittings, including but not limited to couplings, elbows, tees, valves, flanges, quick-connect couplings, etc., for connecting, branching, turning, and controlling the pipeline system.

Material: The material of the fittings must match the pipe material to ensure sealing and corrosion resistance at connection points.

Standards and Certifications: All fittings must pass relevant German and EU quality certifications, such as DIN standards, CE marking, etc., to ensure product quality and safety.

Product Information:

Quality Requirements: All pipes and fittings must be brand new, unused products and comply with relevant German and EU standards and regulations, including but not limited to material composition, physical properties, chemical stability, etc.

Packaging and Transportation: The supplier must provide appropriate packaging to protect pipes and fittings from damage during transportation. Additionally, the transportation method must comply with environmental requirements to minimize environmental impact.

Marking and Traceability: Each batch of goods must be accompanied by detailed quality certificates, user manuals, and traceability information to facilitate quality acceptance and subsequent management by the purchaser.

Scope of Services:

Supply Scope: Covers the Mayen-Koblenz (DEB17) region in Germany, including the transportation, unloading, and delivery of pipes and fittings to designated locations.

Technical Support: The supplier must provide necessary technical support and consulting services, including pipeline system design, installation guidance, maintenance advice, etc., to ensure the normal operation and long-term maintenance of the pipeline system.

After-sales Service: During the contract period, the supplier is responsible for quality issues of the supplied materials and must provide timely repair and replacement services. Furthermore, an effective customer service mechanism must be established to promptly respond to the purchaser's needs and feedback.

Contract Period: From May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, lasting for one year.

This tender is for a framework agreement for timed supply. The supplier must ensure stable supply of pipes and fittings throughout the contract period to meet the purchaser's ongoing needs.

The purchaser reserves the right to adjust the supply quantity based on actual needs. The supplier must possess corresponding flexibility and responsiveness to adapt to the purchaser's changing requirements.
