II. Technical Requirements

Equipped with an electronic control system compliant with Agriculture 4.0 standards, supporting data exchange with agricultural implements and management software. The navigation system must be an integrated or add-on agricultural navigation/auto-guidance system supporting GPS positioning, auto-steering, AB line operation, terrain compensation, etc., with accuracy requirements reaching sub-meter or centimeter-level high-precision positioning. The navigation system should be compatible with the tractor, feature a user-friendly interface, and be suitable for operation in an educational environment. The machinery must be equipped with Agriculture 4.0 solutions, including wireless data transmission, remote monitoring, operational data recording and analysis, etc. It must support two-way data communication with Agriculture 4.0 management software to enable remote setting and real-time adjustment of operational parameters. The software interface must be user-friendly and intuitive, support multi-user permission management, and be capable of generating operational record reports compliant with Agriculture 4.0 standards. Necessary installation brackets, antennas, display controllers, sensors, and other full sets of navigation system components must be provided. Provision of simulation software or an educational version of a data management platform for classroom theoretical teaching may be required.

III. Item Details

Item Name: Agricultural Tractor.

The tractor must be brand new, manufactured after 2025, free from damage and physical or legal defects. The engine power is expected to be in the medium-to-high power range (approximately 80-150 HP) to meet the needs of teaching demonstrations and medium-scale field operation training. It must comply with EU CE certification, the Machinery Directive, and exhaust emission standards (e.g., EU Stage V). The cabin must be equipped with an air conditioning system, an air-suspension seat, and an adjustable steering wheel. The hydraulic system must provide sufficient output flow to support the attachment and operation of various implements. The transmission must provide sufficient forward and reverse gears to adapt to different operational conditions. The tractor must comply with the technical and operational standards and requirements in force within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
