Product features:

① The circuit breaker, isolating switch, grounding switch, current transformer, and lightning arrester (with counter) are integrated into one unit, minimizing the cabinet space and reducing the footprint.

② The transformer adopts a through-core structure with a wall-passing design, with dynamic thermal stability parameters reaching 31.5kA/4s and multiple ratio combinations.

③ The through-wall structure divides the switch into two separate compartments for easy maintenance. The switch can be equipped with an electric isolation mechanism, providing electric control for the isolation switch and grounding switch, enabling remote control of switch operations.

④ The circuit breaker and switchgear door (or box transformer door) are equipped with a complete “five-proof” interlocking mechanism; it includes online monitoring of mechanical characteristics and smart operation and maintenance inspection, as well as lifespan prediction functionality.

⑤ The equipotential live display prevents accidental entry into live compartments and avoids inadvertent closure of the grounding knife.

⑥ Strong environmental adaptability, with a maximum altitude of 4600m and a minimum ambient temperature of -40°C.

It is used for protection and control in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises’ power distribution systems. It is also ideal for the control and protection of the high-voltage side in wind-solar-storage dedicated pre-installed substations. With its complete functionalities, it is suitable for high-altitude operation environments and can be directly installed in the high-voltage end of pre-installed substations without the need for a switchgear cabinet. The interlocking system is reliable, and the performance fully meets the requirements of the wind-solar-storage new energy field.
