Product features:

Miniaturization: The dimensions of the C, F, and V cabinet types are all 500mm (12kV)/700mm (24kN); the switch height direction is small, and for a cabinet height of 1800mm, the cable connection height is ≥ 650mm;

Integration: Load switch (circuit breaker) + isolating switch + grounding switch + fuse in an integrated design;

The 1250A isolating switch uses patented technology, with strong current-carrying capacity, meeting the State Grid’s 1.1 times temperature rise requirement;

The busbar compartment and cable compartment are separated by metal partitions, meeting PM compartment requirements and complying with LSC2 type switchgear requirements;

The load switch and circuit breaker have the same appearance and size, making cabinet matching easier and facilitating switchgear expansion and combination;

When the isolating switch is in the off position, the distance from the isolating blade to the ground is still greater than 125mm (12kV)/700mm (24kV);

Complete “five-proof” interlocking device, the operating mechanism and “five-proof” interlocking mechanism are integrated in the operating mechanism box, using an interlocking design to prevent misoperation, intuitive and reliable;

Mechanical characteristics testing can still be performed after the switch is installed in the cabinet;

All live components of each phase of the load switch (or circuit breaker) are supported by a single insulating sleeve, with a compact structure;

The switch can be mounted upside down, and the switchgear can be reliably wall-mounted.

Application range:

The XGT9 switchgear is a three-phase air-insulated fixed indoor switchgear, representing the new generation of miniaturized integrated air-insulated switchgear. It can be equipped with FT8 high-breaking capacity indoor high-voltage AC vacuum load switches, FT8 high-breaking capacity indoor high-voltage AC vacuum load switch-fuse combination devices, and VT28 indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers. It is suitable for 12/24kV three-phase AC 50Hz single-busbar systems, used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, with functions for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits. It is widely used in renewable energy power plants such as photovoltaic, wind power, and energy storage, as well as in urban and rural distribution networks and industrial and mining enterprises.
