Under good installation conditions, the pump's startup time is less than 10 minutes. The pump head can be independently removed, repaired, and reinstalled. This process can be completed within 2 to 4 hours. The circulation design allows the pump to restart without needing to release pressure.

The function of the pump drive end is to convert the motor's rotary motion into reciprocating motion and transmit the motor's output power to the pump head compression end. The motor completes this motion conversion through components such as pulleys, eccentric wheels, connecting rods, and crossheads. The camshaft and bearing structure of the transmission system are of the oil-immersed type, which greatly extends the lifespan of the power system. The lubricating oil in the transmission box uses N46# mechanical oil, which has been properly adjusted before leaving the factory.

The hydraulic end of the pump head consists of the cylinder liner, cylinder body, piston assembly, seal, intake valve, discharge valve, and other components. The pump uses a filled PTFE piston ring with good wear resistance, resulting in a long working life. The seal is made of multiple sealing components with various sealing properties, ensuring that the pump operates reliably and without failure under normal working pressure.
