Product Introduction:

The cantilever-type airborne temporary support device is installed on the upper part of the tunneling machine, with no interference to the cutting section. It uses a three-stage telescopic arm for top frame lifting operations, and the support top frame is controlled by front and rear angle adjustment cylinders and a horizontal rotating gearbox, providing excellent roof support performance.

Technical Features:

The temporary support device is fixed on the upper part of the tunneling machine, with the support top frame positioned behind the rotation table during cutting operations, avoiding interference with the cutting section.

It uses a single main arm three-stage lifting mechanism, with a main arm telescopic stroke of 3.8 meters, which can extend 1 meter beyond the cutterhead for support.

The temporary support has a rated support force of 20 kN, with high support strength and good synchronization. The lifting cylinders are internally mounted and use a two-stage cylinder structure, ensuring high reliability and low failure rate.

The support top frame is controlled by a rotating gearbox, capable of rotating 360° horizontally. The top frame features forward extension and lateral tilting functions, offering a large roof contact area and effective protection.

The hydraulic system uses load-sensing proportional valve control, ensuring high control precision and low energy consumption.
