Intelligent Spraying System, deeply integrated with mature manual spraying technology, utilizes a 3D laser scanner for automatic object positioning, scanning, extraction, and recognition. It employs advanced multi-joint arm control strategies and trajectory planning algorithms to automatically drive the arm to spray according to the process flow without human intervention. The system is also compatible with manual operation mode.

Technical Features:

①Precise Positioning: Determines the spatial relationship between the spraying machine and the tunnel surface to be sprayed, ensuring optimal distance control.

②3D Laser Scanning and Modeling: Scans the working surface to generate a 3D model of the object to be sprayed.

③Point Cloud Recognition: Extracts the location and spacing of the steel arch, as well as the transition zone between sprayed and unsprayed areas.

④Over- and Under-cut Analysis: Compares with tunnel design parameters to generate over- and under-cut data and volume statistics.

⑤Spraying Motion Control: Controls the arm’s automatic movement based on the path trajectory planning file to achieve the optimal spraying angle.

⑥Full 3D Visualization Display.
