Basket Filter

The basket filter is a professional liquid filtering device that can effectively remove particles of different sizes in the liquid, thereby achieving the purposes of liquid filtration, purification, separation and recovery. The filter is mainly composed of three parts: the filter container, the support mesh basket, the elliptical plate and the punched filter basket. When using the basket filter to filter liquid, the liquid enters the cylinder from the side of the filter container. As the liquid flows into the mesh basket, impurities are intercepted and the liquid is discharged from the outlet. The filtered particulate impurities are retained in the filter basket, completing the filtration process. In order to maintain the high efficiency and unobstructed operation of the filter, as well as the filtration accuracy, and to ensure that the downstream liquid is not contaminated, the filter should be shut down after running for a period of time. Then, open the end cover of the filter and take out the intercepted substances together with the filter basket. If the medium needs to be insulated, we also provide a jacket protection device for you. In addition, the inlet and outlet of the filtrate can be adjusted (such as side-in and bottom-out, side-in and side-out, etc.).
