To address the problems of difficult fault location, low component utilization rate, huge investment in maintenance personnel, harsh working environment, and insufficient technical upgrade support, a set of urban rail vehicle health management and analysis system is provided by applying technologies such as condition perception, pattern recognition, risk assessment, and reliability analysis. This system applies the results of train monitoring/detection, health management, and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) analysis to train maintenance management business.
