SCS Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Coated Sheet and Strip

The SCS zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated sheet and strip is a key product of JISCO Group, with a coating composition of 11% aluminum, 3% magnesium, and trace amounts of silicon, nickel, and rare earth elements, with the remainder being zinc. The product boasts three major characteristics: ultra-high corrosion resistance, self-healing properties, and ease of processing, ensuring a long service life for components. Due to its excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, it has widely replaced hot-dip galvanized products and is used in highly corrosive atmospheric environments requiring long-term corrosion resistance. Applications include photovoltaic brackets, livestock shelters, outdoor cabinets, underground utility tunnel cable trays, evaporative condensers (towers), central air conditioning ventilation ducts, highway sound barriers, highway guardrails, and automotive components.
