While retaining the traditional advantages of epoxy casting, such as high mechanical strength, no cracks, moisture resistance, flame-retardant self-extinguishing properties, and maintenance-free operation, it achieves significant noise reduction through elastic fastening of the core and coil clamps for constant-pressure coil operation. Vacuum casting with filler ensures thorough impregnation and uniform curing between winding layers, turns, and sections, thereby enhancing electrical strength and short-circuit resistance. Additionally, the wire-wound or foil-wound structure, combined with internal longitudinal ventilation channels in the coil barrel, achieves superior heat dissipation.
