The JW7 outdoor high-voltage AC grounding switch is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical device used in power systems with rated voltages of 40.5-550kV and below. It provides reliable grounding for high-voltage electrical equipment such as high-voltage busbars, circuit breakers, transformers, and disconnect switches under maintenance during power outages, ensuring the safety of critical equipment and maintenance personnel. The grounding switch consists of three single poles, each with a single-column structure, primarily composed of a base, post insulator, grounding circuit, and operating mechanism. The grounding blade for each pole is installed at the lower part of the post insulator, with the static contact mounted at the upper part. When the grounding blade is in the open position, it is horizontal, forming a vertical insulating break with the static contact directly above. The grounding switch is designed as a single-pole type, with three-pole operation achieved through inter-pole linkage. The JW7-40.5, 72.5, 126, 145, and 170 models are equipped with the improved CS17A manual mechanism, and can also be fitted with the CJTK electric mechanism upon user request. The JW7-252 model is equipped with the improved CS31A manual mechanism, and can also be fitted with the CJTKB electric mechanism upon user request. The JW7-363, 420, and 550 models are equipped with the improved CS31A manual mechanism and require the CJTKA electric mechanism.
