Product Introduction

Zinc aluminum alloy wire is a new type of anti-corrosion material. The coating on the surface of iron wire is zinc and aluminum, and the proportion of aluminum coating is usually 5% or 10%. The comprehensive performance of zinc aluminum alloy wire is close to brass, and it is not easy to rust, and its corrosion resistance is several times that of ordinary galvanized iron wire. The product is made of low carbon steel wire rod drawing, high temperature annealing, pickling, hot dip galvanizing and other processes.

Compared with pure zinc wire and pure aluminum wire, the product has the characteristics of strong flexibility, good plasticity, high corrosion resistance and excellent construction performance. The ductility and deformability of zinc aluminum alloy wire is very strong, can withstand the test of winding and bending under the condition of strong deformation process, and there is no need to worry about the cracking and shedding of the coating.
