The GW9-10/12/15 integrated outdoor three-phase disconnector (hereinafter referred to as "disconnector") is designed for 12kV high-voltage transmission and distribution lines, used to open and close unloaded but energized three-phase circuits.
The disconnector is designed for three-phase line systems, featuring simple structure, cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. Available rated currents include: 200A, 400A, 600A, 630A, 800A and 1000A. It consists of base frame, support insulators, conductive parts and manual operating mechanism.
The base frame is a welded structure composed of rotating shafts, bent plates and angle steel. Six contact seats are fixed on the base frame with spring compression. During opening operation, the operating crank drives the rotating shaft to turn, causing the insulators to push the blades upward and separate from the contacts. The blades rotate around the contact seats while simultaneously lifting the contacts to the fully open position. During closing operation, the operating crank rotates the shaft to make the operating insulators pull the blades downward. After engaging with the contacts, the blades drive the contacts to rotate together to the fully closed position.
