The ZGS series combined transformer integrates the transformer body, high-voltage load switch, fuses, and other components immersed in insulating oil, with optional low-voltage metering and compensation as needed. The product features small volume, low noise, reliable power supply, reasonable structure, flexible installation, convenient operation, and the ability to penetrate deep into load centers. It is widely used in ring network or terminal distribution systems with cable transmission and new energy photovoltaic/wind power generation systems.

Main Features:

High-voltage side equipped with high-voltage bushings, no-load tap-changer, two-position load switch, 10kV/35kV plug-in full-range protection fuses, high-voltage live display, high-voltage overvoltage protector, electromagnetic lock, and other necessary signal and protection components

Low-voltage side equipped with low-voltage bushings, low-voltage circuit breaker, low-voltage surge protector, dry-type transformer for maintenance lighting, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and other necessary signal, protection, and metering components

All components use well-known domestic/international brands, enabling the box substation to pass national standard lightning impulse, power frequency withstand voltage, and induced withstand voltage tests, ensuring electrical safety during long-term operation. The 10kV/35kV plug-in full-range protection fuses have been specially improved to prevent oil leakage inside the fuse barrel after years of operation, and emit an alarm signal when the fuse element melts

When the fan/inverter stops and the high-voltage two-position load switch is open, the low-voltage dry-type transformer is de-energized. The electromagnetic lock cannot be opened regardless of whether the high-voltage bushing is live, requiring an external key, posing a safety risk. To address this, our company equips the box substation with a UPS, ensuring the electromagnetic lock always has 220V operating power and can be opened when the high-voltage bushing is de-energized, avoiding user confusion and ensuring safe operation
