The XL-21 power distribution cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the power cabinet) is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and highway tunnels. It is used in systems with AC 50Hz–60Hz, rated operating voltage 380V, rated operating current up to 630A, breaking capacity up to 15kA for power conversion, distribution, and control of power, lighting, fans, and other distribution equipment, and provides overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection.

Main Features:

The power cabinet frame is formed by bending cold-rolled steel sheets into C-profile and G-profile steel, fastened and assembled using Grade 8.8 hex bolts. Each side of the profile has φ5.3 mounting holes with E=25mm modulus, allowing flexible and convenient internal installation

All cabinet frames and inner partitions are made of galvanized steel sheets or cold-rolled steel sheets with galvanization and passivation treatment. Front doors, side panels, and rear panels are painted or plastic-sprayed

The top cover is removable when needed to facilitate cable entry from the top. Four lifting rings are installed at the corners of the top for hoisting and installation

The entire cabinet shell undergoes pickling, phosphating, and plastic spraying, providing excellent corrosion resistance

The cabinet adopts a front-opening door design, with side and rear panels welded. Heat dissipation holes are provided on the sides, and a rainproof top cover is installed on the top, with a gap between the top cover and the cabinet to allow dissipation of internal gases and moisture
