HXGN□-12 Vacuum Ring Main Unit (Cabinet) is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, residential communities, high-rise buildings, and school power distribution systems. It serves as an indoor 10kV AC, 50Hz ring main unit power supply unit and terminal distribution equipment. It can break or close rated load current and transformer no-load current, and is capable of breaking or closing capacitive currents from overhead lines, cable lines, or capacitor banks over a certain distance. It is used in power systems for protection of distribution equipment, power distribution, and transformer protection control.

The ring main unit is designed with two completely isolated upper and lower metal compartments: busbar compartment and switch compartment, eliminating the need for additional partition plates and facilitating safe maintenance and fuse replacement
The busbar compartment is fully metal-enclosed; busbars are connected via wall bushings. Upon request, a fully isolated instrument compartment can be installed in front of the busbar compartment for secondary equipment
The switch compartment mainly houses primary equipment and cable connections
Cabinet door and switch are mechanically interlocked for simple and reliable operation; the door is equipped with an observation window for viewing the isolating break and checking operating status
The high-voltage load switch cabinet is divided into cable compartment, busbar compartment, and instrument compartment. The front door is equipped with an interlocking device: only after high voltage is disconnected and the earthing switch is closed can the front and rear doors be opened.
