The Pantograph Slide Monitoring Device (5C) is installed at electrified railway stations, station throat areas, electric traction train depot entry/exit zones, railway bureau boundaries, and other locations. It is used to monitor the condition of pantograph slides, promptly detect abnormalities in the slides, guide maintenance, and ensure normal operation of the pantograph.
