The BB1 Type – DMS double-supported bearing centrifugal pump from the BB series is a single-casing, horizontally axially split, double-suction, single-stage, between-bearing volute centrifugal pump that fully complies with API 610 (ISO 13709) standards. The double-suction design meets low NPSH requirements. It is used for conveying water with low solids content, such as in municipal water plants, irrigation and drainage pumping stations, seawater intake for desalination systems, power stations, fire-fighting systems, shipbuilding, and district heating or cooling applications.
