Application Range

As countries raise environmental requirements for terminal operations to reduce pollution, our company has developed and manufactured a new type of lifting equipment—the Bucket Portal Crane. It is based on the standard portal crane with an added unloading system, suitable for unloading bulk cargo such as coal, ore, grain, and wood chips from ships, while also handling general cargo loading. During unloading, the grab operates without rotation; hoisting and luffing work in linkage to directly transfer cargo into the onboard hopper. The onboard unloading system then conveys the cargo to the under-machine conveyor system, which transports it via terminal belt conveyors to the yard or warehouse. This equipment offers high production efficiency, environmental protection, energy savings, and high cost-effectiveness, serving as a replacement for light grab bridge unloaders. Currently, the world's largest bucket portal crane model (DM55t-50m) is manufactured by our company.
