Project Scope: Includes water, heating, electricity, and air conditioning for functional areas such as BSL-3 laboratory, ABSL-3 laboratory, BSL-3 auxiliary facility rooms, dissection room, analysis room, sample temporary storage, refrigeration storage, and live virus wastewater room.

Project Positioning: Academician Laboratory. This project is a Biosafety Level 3 laboratory. Upon completion, it will be dedicated to researching highly pathogenic microorganisms, providing scientific basis for disease prevention and control. It will assist the School of Medicine at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in achieving breakthrough progress in pathogenic microorganism research, diagnosis, and vaccine development, making important contributions to national biosafety.
