Golden Egret thermal spray powders mainly include tungsten carbide-based spray powders and chromium carbide-based spray powders. Among them, tungsten carbide-based spray powder coatings feature high hardness, good wear resistance, resistance to adhesive wear, corrosion resistance, and high bonding strength. They are primarily used in petrochemical valves, geological and mining tools, injection molding screws, printing machinery parts, etc. Chromium carbide-based spray powder coatings offer higher thermal stability compared to tungsten carbide-based ones, with a service temperature of up to approximately 850°C. Additionally, the coatings exhibit good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. They are mainly used in high-temperature corrosive environments such as the inner walls of gas pipelines and pump bodies.
