This model is a dry ultrafine grinding and classification equipment. The air flow pulverizer and classifier, along with a cyclone separator, dust collector, induced draft fan, and electrical control cabinet, form a complete production line. After the compressed air is filtered and dried, it is injected at high speed into the grinding chamber through a Laval nozzle. The material is crushed by collision, friction, and shearing at the intersection of multiple high-pressure airflows. Under the action of the fan’s suction force, the material is classified by the impeller, with fine particles entering the cyclone separator for collection, while coarse particles fall back into the grinding area for further crushing.
