Spiral steel pipe is made from hot-rolled coils as raw material, spirally formed at room temperature, and welded using an automatic double-wire, double-face submerged arc welding process. The company is equipped with an internal and external submerged arc welding automatic tracking system, employing automatic sizing adjustment technology for steel pipe production, reducing plate consumption, and improving plate material utilization efficiency. Both internal and external welds use Lincoln welding machines from the U.S., ensuring stable welding quality and high production efficiency. Automatic online sizing adjustment and double-wire, double-face welding are achievable.

X-ray imaging detection equipment, advanced physical and chemical testing facilities, universal material testing machines, and ultrasonic flaw detectors are used to ensure the quality of the steel pipes.

Production specifications and capacity: φ219-φ3620mm, maximum plate thickness of 25.4mm. This is the largest production line in China for such pipe sizes, with an annual capacity of 120,000 tons (daily production capacity of 400 tons).
