Open-circuit cooling tower

The cooling tower is designed and manufactured using advanced domestic and international technologies and experience. The fan cone uses a kinetic energy recovery fiberglass fan, which reduces vortexes and shrinks the negative pressure zone, resulting in a 36% reduction in energy loss and effectively improving cooling performance. The enclosure panels use world-class spraying equipment and Ashland gel coating imported from the U.S., with added anti-aging agents, doubling their service life. To achieve high energy efficiency, the product utilizes high-efficiency flame-retardant water collectors, with water drift loss below 0.01%, only one-tenth of the national standard, reaching the advanced level of similar products both domestically and internationally. It is widely used in industries such as thermal power, metal smelting, rare metals, chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, rubber and plastics, and new materials.
