TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipe is a type of anti-corrosion steel pipe with an outer 3PE coating and an inner fusion-bonded epoxy powder. It is an upgraded version of the steel pipe with a single layer of polyethylene on the outside and an epoxy coating on the inside. This new anti-corrosion method is ideal for long-distance buried pipelines. It significantly improves the adhesion and thickness of the coating, enhancing the product’s corrosion resistance.

The spiral pipe is produced with integrated internal and external anti-corrosion layers. The anti-corrosion pipeline production line is equipped with automated handling equipment, and the rust removal equipment uses imported German shot-blasting technology. The electrostatic spraying technology is from Japan’s Yasumoto. The product’s technical specifications and process standards meet industry-leading levels.
