The classifier, cyclone separator, dust collector, centrifugal fan, and electrical control cabinet form a complete classification system. It is suitable for the fine classification of dry, micron-level materials. Under the suction force of the fan, the material moves into the classification zone, where it is separated by the high-speed rotating classification impeller. Fine particles that meet the requirements are collected by the cyclone separator or dust collector, while coarse particles fall along the cylinder wall to the wind grid, where secondary air assists in further separation and classification of fine and coarse particles. The system operates under negative pressure.
