The cooling water enters from the bottom and exits from the top, circulating 360° within the slag cooling pan, fully exchanging heat with the hot slag, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency. The advanced scraper installation method allows for the replacement of damaged scrapers through observation holes without disassembling the equipment, making maintenance more convenient.
