I. Product Overview

GT-WJ2000 series fixed gas detector is a safety detection equipment used for continuous online monitoring of gas concentration in industrial sites. The product adopts natural diffusion sampling method and can monitor combustible gases and various toxic and harmful gases in the working environment in real time.

The equipment is equipped with high-sensitivity customized sensors, with good repeatability and stability. It is equipped with a high-brightness red digital display screen at the factory, which can visually display the on-site gas concentration. When the detected value exceeds the set alarm threshold, the equipment can automatically trigger sound and light alarms or linkage exhaust systems to effectively prevent gas leakage accidents.

GT-WJ2000 supports international standard 4–20mA analog signal output and can be directly connected to the factory DCS system to achieve centralized monitoring and linkage control. Built-in microcontroller, stable system and easy operation, suitable for various continuously operating industrial scenarios.

IV. System Integration and Installation

GT-WJ2000 can be installed by wall mounting or pipe bracket, supporting point-distributed deployment. It is connected to the plant central control system through 4–20mA and RS485 to realize remote gas concentration monitoring, alarm linkage, exhaust control, and historical data management. It is suitable for building a complete industrial gas safety monitoring system.
