Our company's products adopt scientific design and refined manufacturing processes, establishing a full-process closed-loop quality control system. At the raw material end, high-quality suppliers are strictly selected, and all raw and auxiliary materials and metal fittings undergo strict incoming inspection before being put into storage. Semi-finished glass parts undergo batching, melting, forming, tempering, secondary cold and hot shock, homogenization treatment and full appearance inspection before storage; to completely eliminate internal stress hazards, all semi-finished glass parts must undergo a 3-month static stress relief period before entering the final gluing and curing process. The final finished products are packaged and shipped after passing full outgoing inspection.
Our company's product system is complete, covering five major AC series of standard type, pollution-resistant type, aerodynamic type, double umbrella/triple umbrella type, and ground wire type, as well as DC dedicated series.
