Product Introduction

Glass insulators are the core insulating components of transmission lines, made of high-strength tempered glass, combining excellent electrical insulation and mechanical load-bearing performance. Their smooth surface has strong self-cleaning properties, outstanding pollution flashover resistance and aging resistance. Defects can be visually detected through self-explosion during operation, facilitating rapid maintenance. Suitable for AC/DC, UHV/EHV transmission lines, widely used in State Grid, China Southern Power Grid and overseas power grid projects, with significant advantages such as long service life, low maintenance cost and high safety and reliability.

Our company's products adopt scientific design and refined manufacturing processes, establishing a full-process closed-loop quality control system. At the raw material end, high-quality suppliers are strictly selected, and all raw and auxiliary materials and metal fittings undergo strict incoming inspection before being put into storage. Semi-finished glass parts undergo batching, melting, forming, tempering, secondary cold and hot shock, homogenization treatment and full appearance inspection before storage; to completely eliminate internal stress hazards, all semi-finished glass parts must undergo a 3-month static stress relief period before entering the final gluing and curing process. The final finished products are packaged and shipped after passing full outgoing inspection.

Our company's product system is complete, covering five major AC series of standard type, pollution-resistant type, aerodynamic type, double umbrella/triple umbrella type, and ground wire type, as well as DC dedicated series. Voltage levels fully cover AC 10kV~1000kV and DC ±100kV~±1100kV, with mechanical load ranges from 40kN~840kN, meeting the construction needs of transmission lines under different voltage levels and environmental conditions.
