The crown block consists of the crown block base, fast line wheel, dead line wheel, main pulley, sand fishing wheel, rope guard, multiple hydraulic or pneumatic small winch pulleys, crown block anti-collision cushion wood, guardrails and other components. It has two structures: integral box type and non-integral box type. The pulley system is divided into 7×6, 6×5, 5×4, 4×3, etc., suitable for main ropes such as Φ22~Φ38. The rope groove adopts surface quenching treatment. The pulley bearings adopt centralized lubrication, which is convenient to operate.
