Discharge Pipe Series

The mud pump discharge pipe is the core high-pressure delivery pipeline of the hydraulic end of the mud pump. It directly receives the high-pressure, high-sand-content drilling fluid output from the pump body and is responsible for stably delivering the mud downhole. It is compatible with F series mud pumps such as F500, F800, F1000, F1300, and F1600, with cylinder spacings covering different intervals such as 387.35, 412.75, 457.2, and 508. It strictly follows industry standards such as API Spec 7K and SY/T 5138, adopts customized wear-resistant materials and precision machining processes, and is a key supporting component to ensure efficient operation of the mud pump, reduce downtime, and lower operation and maintenance costs. The flange union connection complies with API standards, with convenient installation and stable sealing, suitable for high pump pressure sites. The pipe body and welds have undergone ultrasonic testing to eliminate cracking risks. Made of high-quality alloy steel and subjected to quenching and tempering heat treatment, it has excellent impact resistance. It can withstand complex downhole conditions such as high sand content, high pulsation, and high salt spray, with stable operation and no risk of bursting. It is suitable for extreme environments such as offshore platforms, high-temperature sandy areas on land, and high-cold regions.
