Product Introduction

The FO series forward osmosis membrane element is made of the world's only mass-produced polyethylene (PE) forward osmosis membrane sheet. In terms of materials, the PE substrate has excellent chemical stability and mechanical strength, and through composite functional layer materials, it breaks the performance limitations of traditional membrane materials. The membrane sheet thickness is only 16~20 microns, giving the membrane sheet unique performance advantages. This series of products can be used in various forward osmosis application fields such as salinity gradient power generation, fruit juice/dairy concentration and biopharmaceutical feed concentration.

Product Features

  • High Permeation Flux
    In terms of permeation performance, the special composite structure enables the membrane sheet to respond quickly to osmotic pressure drive, and water molecules can efficiently pass through the nanoscale channels of the functional layer, greatly increasing water flux;
  • High Rejection Rate
    The precise molecular sieving characteristics of the functional layer can achieve a rejection accuracy of over 99%, effectively reducing reverse salt diffusion and lowering internal concentration polarization;
  • Differentiated Flow Channel Structure
    According to application scenarios and water quality characteristics, differentiated flow channel structure design can be carried out to adapt to a variety of application scenarios and effectively improve anti-fouling ability.
