The split stainless steel turbine flowmeter consists of a flow sensor and an intelligent flow totalizer, suitable for clean liquid flow measurement. The medium flows through the sensor to drive the impeller to rotate, converting the flow velocity into an electrical pulse signal, which is transmitted to the totalizer for real-time display of instantaneous flow and cumulative flow.
The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel flange structure, pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant, with high measurement accuracy and fast response speed. The split design facilitates remote installation of the meter head, avoiding the influence of high temperature and humid environment of the pipeline. It supports pulse signal output and can be connected to the control system. Widely used in chemical, water treatment, oil products, beverages and other industries to realize liquid flow metering, energy consumption statistics and automated flow control.
