Performance Features
High-temperature resistant measures are adopted, thus greatly prolonging its service life compared with tubular hot air furnaces. Flue gas longitudinal flushing of heat sinks and negative pressure smoke exhaust methods are adopted. The heat exchange parts do not accumulate dust and do not need cleaning, with stable thermal performance. Various coals or firewood can be used as fuel, and it is equipped with a secondary air inlet device for complete combustion.
Applicable Materials
This furnace is a general-purpose hot air device, used in conjunction with various material drying equipment. It is widely used for heating and dehumidification of agricultural products, food, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials, light and heavy industrial products such as grain, seeds, feed, fruits, dehydrated vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear, white fungus, tea, tobacco leaves, etc. It can also be used for heating of various facilities and warehouse dehumidification, etc.
